My time at Playgroundsquad has been really fun and I've learned a lot about both programming and game development in general. We've done a lot of different projects, but these are the main ones. Students from the different professions are combined into groups and work together to create fun and awesome games.
These projects have been a great learning experience as you learn how to work with both artists and designers to combine their work with yours in a fitting way. You learn what is expected of you as a programmer, but also how to communicate your abilities and limits. During these projects we also learn to handle setbacks and solve problems independently as teacher interaction is quite minimal.
